This project consists of two buildings totalling 66,785 sf. Both buildings (31,875 sf & 35,000 sf) are pre-engineered with a 29′ eave height. The manufacturing buildings are designed for two 10-ton cranes.


C&C Metals


Neopal

This is our second LEED project. The 135,000 sf tilt-wall building, with a standing seam roof, will be home to a pallet manufacturer. Included in this project is six acres of outside concrete.


Zeenat

12501 Cardinal Meadow
Sugar Land, TX 77478

This is a 20,000 sf air-conditioned addition to an existing building in Sugarland Industrial Park. The company is a distributor of Indian food products.


Peerless Pumps

902 Koomey Road

Peerless Pumps
Located in Brookshire Tx, in Southern Waller County, this project includes a free standing 7,000 SF tilt-wall office building along with a 40,000 SF crane served manufacturing facility.


LKQ

19423 Aldine-Westfield Rd.

This project consists of a 102,000 SF free standing pre-engineered building. It has approximately 18 acres of outside storage. This new building will have a long bay system with a standing seam roof and will also include an ESFR sprinkler system. The architect is TNRG designs.


OAK RIDGE NORTH COMMERCE

Oak Ridge North Commerce
With over 60 acres of land Oak Ridge North will include eight free standing pre-engineered buildings with synthetic stone, EIFS and crown mold accents. The eight buildings will range from 4,000 SF to 10,000 SF.


HYDRADYNE HYDRAULICS

1019 Rankin Road

Hydradyne Hydraulics
This project involves the renovation of the existing 17,300 SF office building, as well as a new 60,000 SF tilt-wall, crane-served manufacturing/service facility. The new building will have a standing seam roof and an ESFR sprinkler. In addition, there will be extensive electrical for large motor testing and 6 to 10-ton cranes.


DENSO NORTH AMERICA

9747 Whithorn

Denso USA, L.P.
Denso, a leading fiberglass fabricator and coating manufacturer, presented unique ventilating requirements. TNRG Designs answered the call with plans for a pre-engineered manufacturing facility that also included a two-story masonry office building. The facility was completed in November 2006.


SPIR STAR

10002 Sam Houston Center Dr.

Rostamon International
Milton Architects designed this impressive facility for a high-pressure hose manufacturer. Completed by GRA-Gulf Coast Construction in September 2006. The exterior is tilt wall and glass; the roof system is pre-engineered. Enhancements include an extruded-aluminum porte-cochere and solar shades along with high-end interior finishes.

GRA-Gulf Coast completed this design/build spec office and warehouse space in September 2005. A project of TNRG Designs, the 20,000-SF pre-engineered building with two-story office is crane-ready, and features a masonry veneer.


NORTH AMERICAN GALVANIZING CO.

North American Galvanizing Company
Designed by Milton Architects, here’s a prime example of the depth of GRA-Gulf Coast Construction experience. This 86,000-SF heavy-industrial facility includes pre-engineered buildings and incorporates complex embellishments designed to meet the specific needs of North American Galvanizing Company. The project required multiple cranes and extensive specialty-concrete work to create containment pits, trenches, equipment pads, and cantilevered floors, in addition to a sandblast and paint area. The facility has a 7500-SF free-standing office building.
