OCuSoft Rosenberg to break ground

GRA – Gulf Coast Construction is pleased to announce the ground breaking of the new OCuSoft facility in Rosenberg.  The ceremony will kick off construction on Wednesday April 13.  The team at OCuSoft selected a site on the Southwest Freeway with two existing buildings.  One of the buildings was used in the oil field industry and will quickly be torn down to make way for a new 48,000 sf air conditioned tilt wall building for product distribution.  The other building will have the interior and exterior updated as well.  Connecting the two buildings will be a metal and glass structure complete with more offices and an atrium.  This project should be completed in early 2012.
