World Trade Distribution will be expanding their current facility on N. Wayside with a 26,000 sf addition to a 60,000 sf dock high warehouse we built in 2006. We will also add a 15,000 sf grade level warehouse.
Jon Spears with The National Realty Group (TNRG) and ORN Business Park, LP is developing the final tract in their 60 acre development. We will build a 14,000 sf building for Black Forest on site beginning early 2014. These will be in addition to 8 buildings we built for them in 2009 and a two building complex we built in the park for STS Products in 2012
GRA – Gulf Coast Construction has also been awarded a Design Build contract for a 63,000 sf facility for Shipyard Supply on BW8 near SH225 in Pasadena, TX. Along with the owner of Shipyard Supply GRA also worked closely with Travis Land of NAI Houston. The new location is the first in Texas for the New Orleans based company which has an additional location in Mobile, AL. Shipyard Supply provides hose & couplings, sandblast & paint supplies, welding supplies, rope & chain, pipe fittings & valves, as well as general mill supplies.
We have also been awarded a design build contract for two crane ready buildings totaling 50,000 sf on Aldine-Westfield just north of Farrell Rd. Jon Spears is also developing this project for DFJ Aldine Westfield, LP.
