GRA – Gulf Coast Construction is extremely excited for what 2011 has in store for the company. We will soon be lifting tilt wall panels on the Neopal project. This 136,000 sf. building is our second LEED certified construction project with a goal of silver. This design build warehouse is located near Intercontinental Airport and should be completed late this summer.
We have also broken ground on C and C Metals, a new 36,000 sf. metal building construction project in the city of Conroe. With cooperation from Mother Nature we should have the building delivered this month.
With other projects working down the pipeline coming together we are certainly looking forward to a busy year. Like any business professionals we look forward to any challenges of bringing in and conquering more projects. We are especially encouraged by the number of different businesses making inquiries.
