Flurry of Activity

Over the past few months there has been an absolute flurry of activity going on at GRA – Gulf Coast Construction. Saber Power Services in Brazoria County is in the early stages. We poured 37,500 sf of 6” slab at the end of February and the building is being delivered Monday, March 11th. We are also ready to get started on the GP & C project in southeast Houston. Our site permit was ready on the 7th of March and we can begin our underground work and paving. The first building is scheduled for delivery in early April.

At the beginning of the year we received the contract for a new building at the IGS Generon campus. We are currently doing some clearing and grading while our drawings are finalized and we wait for the permits. We also recently finished work at the STS Products facility in Oak Ridge North, TX. As the project was wrapping up STS was already wanting to add on. Drawings are currently at the City of Oak Ridge and we are hoping to be expanding STS within the next week.
